               TERMS & CONDITIONS

     1. Order Placement

         – A requirement for orders to be placed is one day in advance.

         – Orders can be placed (online.swisscastle.in / storeonline.swisscastle.in).

         – An order can be confirmed only after making the full payment.

         – Choose lighter colors while placing an order.

         – Any cake model which consists absurd images or displaying any nudity will be rejected.

     2. Payment Terms

         – Payment modes accepted : Credit/Debit card, Cash at store, UPI & Online payment platforms.

         – Customer is liable to pay full amount of the order only then the order gets confirmed, For refund related query please refer Cancellation & refund policy.

         – To place order on a selected delivery slot the payment should be completed five hours before the selected time slot.

     4. Pricing

         – we charge as per kg price, piece of slice & per piece.

         – All toons, toys, props & toppers are charged on the MRP.

         – The change in price is subjected to current date of pricing.

     5. Pick up/Delivery

         – Delivery areas are as per the pincodes mentioned.

         – Delivery fees is a fixed amount of Rs:299.

         – Specified delivery timings and how delivery timeframes are agreed upon.

         – Delivery can be done in the specific time slots only.

         – Pick up is only from the vehicle after Checking the cake while taking the delivery.

         – Once the delivery is done the responsibility turns towards the customer to handle the product.

     6. Product Quality and Liability

         – The production is performed in hygienic industrial standard practice & supervised end-to-end for ensuring SOP’s(Standard operating procedures) are followed.

         – Each product is maintained in standard temperature specified by the In-house R&D facility.

         – Each product has a Launch cycle that starts from Product idea R&D Kitchen the counter.

         – We ensure each product is packed and maintained in standard storage area & packaging.

         – Products once sold can not be returned or replaced.

     7. Allergens
