Refund Policy

                REFUND POLICY

 Refund Policy for Custom Cakes with Delivery/pickup:

 1. Order Confirmation and Payment

     – Full payment of (100%) is required to confirm your catalog or custom cake order.

     – Any remaining balance must be paid before delivery or on the day before pick up/delivery.

 2. Order Changes and Cancellations

     – Changes to the order (design, size, flavors) must be requested at least (12 hours before the delivery time)

     – Cancellations made at least (24 hours) before the delivery date will receive a full refund minus a (100 rupees) processing fee.

     – Cancellations made less than (24 Hours) before the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund.

 3. Delivery Policy

     – Delivery is available within (Hyderabad GHMC limits).

    – An accurate delivery address and contact information must be provided. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete information.

     – Delivery fees are non-refundable.

 4. Refund Eligibility

     Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

     – The cake was not delivered within the agreed time frame due to our fault.

     – The delivered cake significantly deviates from the agreed design or order specifications.

     – The cake is damaged upon delivery.

  5. Refund Process

     – Any issues with the cake must be reported within (2 hours) of pick up/delivery. Photos of the cake and a detailed description of the issue must be provided.

     – If the cake is found to be unsatisfactory due to our fault, a partial or full refund will be issued at our discretion. Alternatively, a replacement cake may be offered.

     – Refunds will be processed within (7 Business days) after the issue has been reviewed and approved.

 6. Non-Refundable Situations

     – Custom cakes that are not liked based on flavor or general design preferences once the cake matches the agreed specifications.

     – Damages or issues reported after the (2 hours) window post-delivery.

     – Minor variations in color and design that are inevitable due to the handcrafted nature of custom cakes.

  7. Force Majeure

     – We are not liable for failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, accidents, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, efforts will be made to

        reschedule delivery or provide a suitable alternative.
